全自動紙箱印刷機（jī）

  4.所有輥、軸類內孔均進行切削加工，保證壁（bì）厚均勻一致、確保高速運轉時（shí）平穩（wěn）可（kě）靠；在加工過程（chéng）中，經過多次調（diào）質處理消除應力變化，通過磨削加工後表麵進行鍍層保護。

  5.應用免鍵連接器，消除傳統連接所產生（shēng）的（de）間隙，保持（chí）機器印刷套色長期精準。

  6.傳動潤滑（huá）機構采用噴淋式（shì）防減裝置；潤滑係統（tǒng）自動循（xún）環，並裝置防（fáng）滲漏油（yóu）機構。
  7.可選配密封腔雙刮刀係統；可加裝紅外線烘幹機構。

送紙部（bù）功能：

1.機械控製前緣進紙機構，具有（yǒu）響應速（sù）度快、定位精度高、係統穩（wěn）定（dìng）好、使用壽（shòu）命長等特點，保證了機器長期使用穩定性(可選伺服)。

2.用電（diàn）子凸輪（lún）替代複雜的機（jī）械凸輪控製，輸紙輪軸與電機軸采用同步帶（dài）連接，消除了送紙輪工作中的所有間（jiān）隙，有效提高送紙精準度，並可（kě）避免紙板（bǎn）左右跑偏現象。

3.真空吸輔風量變頻調節；設置連續輸送和隔張送紙功能；設置上吸塵除屑機構，並可自動進行（háng）風量（liàng）調整。

4.采用獨特的（de）快換式半輪結構，使進紙輪圓麵磨（mó）損均勻一致，保（bǎo）證送紙位置的長期一致性；更換膠（jiāo）輪時隻須直（zhí）接卸裝，方便、快捷減少輔（fǔ）助時（shí）間，使（shǐ）機器（qì）使用（yòng）更安全、經濟。

5.可（kě）設定訂（dìng）單數量（liàng），完成後自動停止進紙輸（shū）送；左右擋板、後擋板工作（zuò）位置電動調整，自動側齊紙（zhǐ）工作頻率可任意設置；能實現同自（zì）動上（shàng）料機之間聯動工作。

印刷部功能：

1.觸摸屏、電（diàn）動按鈕雙係統控製印刷（shuā）相位、軸向位置；印（yìn）版輥具有擦版記憶自動複位功能。

2.操作部（bù）設置（zhì）墨輥（gǔn）及墨泵（bèng）啟、停功能；每色組設置急停保護開關。

3.網（wǎng）紋輥送紙部聯動升降工作，著墨時同印版間隙電動（dòng）調整；印版輥同走紙吸風箱壓力電動調整，並可以分別調整風量設定。

4.膠輥勻（yún）墨（mò）係統采用新型工藝，在確保實地印刷同時兼容六十線以上的高網點（diǎn）印刷。

5.可選配密封腔（qiāng）雙（shuāng）刮刀勻（yún）墨機（jī）構，采用整體型勻墨防滲柴置，避免工作時油墨外濫；其特殊割刀角度讓勻墨轉移更理想，可輕鬆實現100線網點印刷，並可延長割刀和網紋輥的使用壽（shòu）命。

6.印（yìn）刷相位附電磁離合器製動機構，機台分離時可自動鎖住（zhù）齒輪位置，防止印版輥零位丟失。

7.印版部裝置電動腳踩開（kāi）關，可快速掛版、調整，方便換版和擦洗（xǐ）工作。

開槽部功能：

1.人機界麵和電動按鈕調整雙係統操作，可完成開精箱高、相位、軸向移動調整。

2.配置（zhì）自鎖功能預壓快調機構，保證了盤、軸之間長（zhǎng）期精度，壓（yā）線（xiàn）時或緩了對紙板的（de）破壞。

3.包裹了憂質聚氮（dàn）脂的壓線上輪，保證了紙板硬度免遭破壞。

4.設置（zhì）同（tóng）步聯動電動軸向移動，使上下壓線輪、上下開槽刀盤、導向輪同步進（jìn）行凋整；自（zì）潤耐磨導向機構，保證了移位長期正（zhèng）確和提高耐用度。

5.壓線輪軸、開槽輪軸選用優質合金鋼，經表麵研磨加工後鍍硬鉻處理；分別經過粗、精兩台動平衡設備上進行校正，保證找到最佳平衡點。

6.選用優質合金鋼（gāng）開槽刀，齒形刀刃寬度為7mm。

模切部功能

1.觸模屏和電動按鈕雙係統控製工作，可對模切部進行相位和軸（zhóu）向調整，後側部安裝印（yìn）刷、開槽調整按鈕，並設置主機開、關及加減速（sù）功能。

2.采用獨（dú）特的內置差速（sù）補償裝（zhuāng）置，當優力膠墊外徑變化時，可以自動進（jìn）行線速度補償，確保生（shēng）產工（gōng）件規格的一致（zhì）性，並可增（zēng）加優力膠墊使用壽命。

3.當模（mó）切部開始（shǐ）工作時，模版輥自動提升至工作位置，優力膠墊輥進入自動位移工作狀態；優力膠墊輥同（tóng）模版輥差異化特速設計；裝置膠墊自（zì）動切削修複機構，可對優力膠進行多次修複。

4.模（mó）版（bǎn）輥、膠墊輥均選用優質鋼材，先正火處理後（hòu）進行內外切（qiē）削加工（gōng），經精磨加工鍍硬鉻處理，分別進行動平衡（héng）校正。

5.按裝帶有防偏（piān）跑位的自動糾偏功能的清廢輸送裝置。

6.可選用何服控製線（xiàn）速度（dù）補償機構，能製作更高精（jīng）度的橫切紙箱（xiāng）。

3.When die cutler began working, die cutter roller automatically promoted to the posilion, anvil cover roller access displacement state; arvilcover and dle cutter roller with ditterentiation speeds design; install anvll cover automated cuting repair institutions ,can repalr anvil covertime and time again.

4.Die cutter roller , anvil cover roler use quality steel products, Quenching first and take place cutting for inside and outside by turninggrinding processing and hard chrome , to move their respective balance.

5.Install the right deviation device for the vibration.

6.Can choose servo control speed compensated mechanism, can make a high accuracy carton.
